Professor Neale is is the John G. McCoy-Banc One Corporation Professor of Organisations and Dispute Resolution at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is recognised for her dynamic teaching of negotiations on both the MBA and executive levels. She has taught managers in the United States, China, Thailand, Hong Kong, Australia, Europe, Jamaica and Russia.
Beside bargaining and negotiation, her research interests include managerial dispute intervention, behavioural decision theory, resource allocation, collaboration, and teams.
She is the co-author of three books, including Negotiating Rationally, and of numerous articles on negotiation.
