Who Should Attend

This programme is for senior leaders who are responsible for the performance of teams, task forces, or autonomous work groups. While team participation is not required, the executive leader and up to six team members are encouraged to apply and attend together. This programme is appropriate for organisations of any size and industry.

Application Qualifications and Programme Certification

In order to maintain the high calibre of the participants, the Programme requires that candidates for admission meet certain qualifications:

• Proven maturity and the intellectual ability to comprehend - and the capacity to absorb - advanced level instruction
• A sincere commitment to the intensive study and active discussion that can significantly add value to the Programme

To reap the maximum benefits from the Programme, organisations should nominate those candidates who wish to prepare for increased professional and management roles within their organisations. Participants must be prepared to work diligently, be willing to entertain new ideas and be able to contribute actively to group discussions.

All admitted applicants, who accomplish the minimum standards for attendance, shall receive a certificate from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
