Professor Neale is the John G. McCoy-Banc One Corporation Professor of Organisations and Dispute Resolution at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is recognised for her dynamic teaching of negotiations on both the MBA and executive levels. She has taught managers in the United States, China, Thailand, Hong Kong, Australia, Europe, Jamaica and Russia. Beside bargaining and negotiation, her research interests include managerial dispute intervention, behavioural decision theory, resource allocation, collaboration, and teams. She is the co-author of three books, including Negotiating Rationally, and of numerous articles on negotiation.

Professor Lys is the Gary A. Rosenberg Distinguished Professor of Real Estate Management, Professor of Accounting and Information Management at the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. He has received numerous outstanding teaching awards for his diverse courses in finance.
His current research investigates analyst earnings forecasts and stock price consequences that result from alternate financial reporting standards, changes in capital structure, changes in the money supply, and from corporate disclosures. He has written for prominent journals and consulted for many international firms including General Electric, IBM, USX Corporation, and US Robotics.
