The following management executives have attended previous sessions of HPL: chief executive officers, presidents, managing directors and general managers; as well as senior-level managers from marketing, finance, human resources, manufacturing, administration, project management and other functions.

Application Qualifications and Programme Certification

In order to maintain the high calibre of the participants, all applications received shall be reviewed carefully and thoroughly. Participants must be prepared to work diligently, be willing to entertain new ideas and be able to contribute actively to group discussions. Selection of participants is based upon years of management experience, level within organisation, and industrial and geographical diversity.

All admitted applicants, who accomplish the minimum standards for attendance, shall receive a certificate from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).
