Sara Ais

Associate Trainer
Center for Creative Leadership

Sara Ais has been an associate with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) since 1998, working as a feedback coach and trainer in both open-enrolment and custom programmes. She worked as a clinical psychologist in private practice for several years before moving into the organisational and business world, where she applies psychological tools and frameworks to a professional environment.

In addition to her work with CCL, Sara works as an associate for a number of other consultant firms. Her interests lie in the areas of management development, team development and communication, and interpersonal skills development. She focuses on training and coaching leaders to become more effective in their professional lives and helping them to develop interpersonal and leadership skills. She also works as a facilitator in team processes and in meetings where professional facilitation is required. Sara uses a variety of educational approaches and tools such as instructor led training, outdoor activities, experiential learning, one-to-one coaching, team coaching, and psychometric instruments.

The majority of Sara’s clients are from middle and senior management levels within global commercial organisations and consultancy firms. She also works with smaller national companies in Spain, where she is based. She has vast experience working with multicultural groups and has delivered training in over 15 countries. Sara holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology and educational sciences.
