The Center for Creative Leadership's flagship leadership development experience is widely considered one of the most effective leadership programmes available, and is typically described by alumni as the most transformational development experience they have ever had, both professionally and personally. It attracts over 4,000 managers from around the world annually. In use for over 30 years, it is based on the Center's pioneering leadership research on how managers learn and is hailed for its personal and practical approaches to leadership development. High Performance Leadership (HPL), especially designed for the region's senior-level executives, is modeled on this exceptional programme.
With admission limited to the 28 most qualified applicants, HPL participants will receive confidential, one-on-one feedback from CCL's team of accredited professionals. This feedback provides each participant with a solid understanding of their personal strengths and development needs. At the end of the programme, CCL's team helps participants create personal development plans that leverage individual strengths, reinforces new skills, and further their leadership development journey. These plans integrate the entire programme experience.
Unique Feature
Two senior CCL facilitators and a team of seven executive coaches will provide you individual feedback and coaching. This is the highest facilitator to participant ratio in the Middle East for a programme capped at 28 participants.
Advance Preparation
About eight weeks prior to your HPL programme, you will receive important biographical and assessment questionnaires, with instructions on how to complete them online. As these tools are used to provide your confidential feedback during HPL, it is essential that you complete and return all pre-work well in advance of your start date. Failure to do so will result in a significant reduction in the value gained, and may therefore lead to the cancellation of your place in HPL.
