The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) is an international, nonprofit educational institution devoted to advancing the understanding, practice and development of leadership for the benefit of society worldwide. Founded in 1970 by the Smith Richardson Foundation Inc., the Center is today one of the world's largest and most respected institutions focusing on leadership. In addition to locations in South Carolina, Colorado Springs, San Diego and Brussels, CCL maintains relationships with Network Associates and other partners in the U.S. and abroad. Through an exclusive association with Leading Concepts, Middle East executives can benefit from our innovative programmes regionally.
In addition to being a clearinghouse for ideas on leadership and creativity, CCL conducts research and provides a wide variety of programmes and products to leaders and organisations in the public, corporate and non-profit sectors. Each year more than 27,000 leaders and several thousand organisations worldwide attend their targeted programmes.
CCL has gained wide recognition for a portfolio of programmes and assessments regarded as among the best offered by any institution anywhere. The Center is repeatedly recognised in Financial Times and Business Week as a top provider of leadership development worldwide.
