Effective leaders need multiple skills to allow for flexibility in successfully managing and leading in diverse situations. Management of Managers: the Challenge of Leadership provides an integrated leadership framework that enables participants to identify and formulate value-creating opportunities. Participants develop an understanding of the interplay between leadership competencies and their organisational culture and strategy; ; they also develop a personalised action plan to comprehend the challenges of leadership at three levels: individual effectiveness, organisation culture and organisation outcomes.

Using a unique leadership development approach that emphasises four key elements, the programme focuses on developing strong leaders who are adept at planning and implementing strategies, motivating employees, and generating results at all levels of their organisation.
