Who Should Attend

This programme is intended for senior financial managers in supervisory roles, and those who anticipate moving to upper levels of responsibility. Participants who have already attended our Financial Skills for Management programme. Participants are expected to have knowledge of the basics of financial concepts.

Application Qualifications and Programme Certification

In order to maintain the high calibre of the participants, the Programme requires that candidates for admission meet certain qualifications:

• Proven maturity and the intellectual ability to comprehend - and the capacity to absorb - advanced level instruction
• A sincere commitment to the intensive study and active discussion that can significantly add value to the Programme

To reap the maximum benefits from the Programme, organisations should nominate those candidates who wish to prepare for increased professional and management roles within their organisations. Participants must be prepared to work diligently, be willing to entertain new ideas and be able to contribute actively to group discussions.

All admitted applicants, who accomplish the minimum standards for attendance, shall receive a certificate from the Michigan Ross School of Business.
