- Applications are due two weeks before the start of the programme. Applications received after this will be considered on a space-available basis. The Admissions committee carefully evaluates each applicant's experience and responsibilities, and will be the sole judge of each candidate's qualifications to enter the Programme.
Payment Terms and Options:
Payment is due immediately upon confirmation of admission to the Programme. Three simple options:
- Mail your payment to Leading Concepts, PO Box 103731, Dubai, UAE. You can pay by company cheque or bankers draft in dirhams.
- Pay by Visa or Master credit card.

Subject to availability and satisfying of admission criteria, a confirmation letter, along with an invoice shall be sent upon receipt of your application. Please note that full payment MUST be received prior to the programme and only those delegates who have done so, shall be admitted to the programme. Leading Concepts reserves the right to cancel the confirmed place if such payment is not received as requested.
All payments should be in favour of Leading Concepts.
Cancellation/Transfer Policy
Out of consideration to those on the waiting list and due to the costs associated with establishing, holding and refilling participant slots, the following cancellation/transfer policy has been established. Please note that both cancellation as well as transfer requests must be received in writing.
- For cancellations received six weeks or prior to the Programme date, Programme fees shall be refunded less 25% service charge.
- For cancellations received within two to six weeks prior to the Programme date, Programme fees shall be refunded less 50% service charge.
- Cancellations received two weeks prior to the Programme date will not be refunded and must be paid in full.
- Should you be unable to attend, qualified substitute delegates are welcome. A US$ 200 administrative charge shall however be levied to effect the transfer.
The cancellation or transfer request must be supported in writing.
